Amidst all the uncertainty of the present moment, we hope you and your family are taking good care.
San Juan County was approved to proceed to Phase 2 of the Governor's four-phased "Safe Start Washington Plan" on May 23, 2020. And, is waiting for approval to enter Phase 3. That means retail and restaurants are open (albeit with capacity and safety precautions in place). Face coverings are required in all public businesses as per San Juan Health Office Order 2020-4.
Moreover, effective June 26, a statewide order by the Governor requires individuals to wear a face covering in indoor public spaces such as stores, offices and restaurants. The order also requires face coverings outdoors when you cannot stay 6 feet apart from others.
Of course, these restrictions do not apply to private properties and private residences. Since our cottages are each located on a separate property, there will be no interactions with others while here. Total relaxation. We are. . . really. . . so much more than a place to sleep.
If the current restrictions give you pause, please bookmark us for another time. If you have any questions, call: 360-376-2500. We are happy to help.
We have our (thoroughly and frequently washed) fingers crossed that we will be able to welcome you to our beautiful island and our enchanting cottages for a well deserved relaxing visit soon.
